Invest. Inspire. Reach higher.

If you’re looking to make a local investment with unlimited potential; you’ve got a knack for inspiring others to fly; or, as a student, you believe that you can reach higher for your dreams, then Higher Up is for you.

In 2024, Higher Up successfully placed 30 local students in meaningful summer internships at businesses throughout our community.

At Higher Up, it’s our everyday passion that we fly higher – together.

Higher Up is a new non-profit that serves current and graduated Hightstown High School students, including those who are underrepresented and underprivileged, by curating and coordinating meaningful summer jobs and career-essential internships.  Placement opportunities are complemented by on-point support programs such as resume building and interview coaching, business etiquette and wardrobe basics; and through engagement with motivational speakers and affinity-building mentors and cohorts.

At Higher Up, it’s our determination for students to feel confident in their honed skills, experientially on-par with their peers, and excited about reaching towards their future success.  Of equal importance to us is for hometown businesses, skilled tradespeople and corporations; sponsors, donors and volunteers to feel proud and socially responsible when committing to the growth and development of local students – and come to truly share in their success.
